I tried Chloe Ting workout challenge I'm exhausted

So I was wondering what makes me become a fitness influencer and how can i make it happen. The answer is simple.

I'm excited to share with you my experience of trying out different workouts that Chloe Ting has offered. I tried the chloe ting workout plan, 30-minute weight loss, full body workout, abs shred workout, and leg workout and the result was amazing. She walks you through each step or movement on the video and gives you tips on how to increase intensity so you feel the results faster.

Initially, I was underweight & out of figure and I did tons of workouts, and diets like pilates, yoga, and cardio but it was really hard to get in shape then I pop into Chloe ting's workout routine and started working out with some cardio exercises and then went on to do more strengths.

First, I started on 30 min full body workout, abs shred workout & leg workout on alternative days with that I followed her diet plan because only workouts cannot get you in shape, diet requires 80% and 20% of workouts always remember this!



what I expected is :

  • I may get fit in 1 month,
  • I'll get abs line in just 2 weeks 
But it didn't work out because not everybody is the same. Working out is hard and time-consuming, but if you want to achieve your fitness goals, you have to spend the time. If you are willing to put in the effort though, great results will follow! the results are amazing, only if you will always train for 30 min a day. No matter what your fitness level and fitness goal are. You can start by doing abs shred, leg workout, one arm dumbell sit-ups or just ripping out your whole body from the ground.
